Frequently Asked Questions

Ordered completed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. Orders competed after 1pm EST or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Occasionally orders may be delayed in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances and you will be contacted in this event.

If an order was made by mistake, or you do not wish to proceed with the order you must notify us by email at sales@pcscorp.ca immediately or within 24hrs of the transaction. Orders that are not cancelled within 24hrs of the transaction will likely already be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email indicating the status of your order along with a tracking number and name of the courier. You can use this information to track your shipping status.

All sales will be considered final. Unless a product can be proven to be in unacceptable condition upon delivery due to damage, then a replacement product may be sent to you. In this event please email a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to sales@pcscorp.ca. You may also be required to ship the damaged item at your expense back before a refund can be applied. PCS Corp. reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
